Instructions

  1. In a pan, add beef and water. Boil the meat until it is really tender. Remove and set aside the meat, then slice into small pieces. Also set aside the broth used to boil the meat.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Add other spices except cinnamon. Saute again until wilted. Turn off the heat.
  4. In a saucepan, bring the beef broth back to a boil.
  5. Add the stir-fry spices, cinnamon, salt, sugar, stock powder and meat. Stir well and cook until it boils and the spices are absorbed. Check the taste then turn off the heat.
  6. Arrange vermicelli, perkedel, spring onions and fried shallots in a bowl. Drizzle with soup sauce.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Beef can be boiled in a pressure cooker Vicenza Pressure Cooker VP 300/8L (See Lazada DISCOUNT) so that it becomes soft quickly and the broth comes out. 2. Apart from potato cakes, your soup is also usually served with boiled eggs.
