Instructions

  1. Add 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast,, 6 slices bacon, 3 large avocados, 1 pint grape tomatoes, and ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese to a large bowl and toss until evenly combined.
  2. Whisk together 8 ounces sour cream, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil. Pour over the salad and toss to coat it evenly. Serve immediately.
