Resep Zuppa Soup

Instructions

1. Prepare a bowl (heat resistant) that will be used as a serving. Cut the puff pastry into rectangular shapes according to the size of the mouth of the bowl, 6 pieces. Set aside.
2. Heat margarine. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add chicken, corn, carrots, mushrooms and flour. Stir well.
4. Add water little by little while stirring.
5. Add the cooking cream while continuing to stir so it doesn't break.
6. Add salt, pepper and stock powder. Stir well. Correct the taste. Cook until the vegetables are cooked, the soup thickens and boils. Lift.
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
8. Take a bowl. Pour the cream of soup up to ¾ of the height of the bowl. Cover with puff pastry. Brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with oregano and grated cheese.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven.
10. Ready to be served.
