  2. Add the zucchini to a pot of boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes and drain.
  3. In a medium-sized skillet add 1 Tablespoon olive oil. Cook the zucchini noodles over medium-high heat until they start to soften about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve the noodles with a warm sauce on top.
