  1. Cut the watermelon into squares about 3 x 3 cm. Place in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Store the watermelon slices for 1-2 hours in the freezer.
  2. Prepare a blender, add frozen watermelon, vanilla syrup and lemon juice. Blend the juice until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour into glasses, serve immediately while cold. Or store it back in the refrigerator before serving.
  4. 1. Choose a red watermelon without seeds so there is no seed pulp. Make sure the watermelon is really ripe and sweet. 2. To add freshness, use coconut water instead of water. 3. If you don't have vanilla syrup, you can replace it with simple syrup (sugar syrup) or granulated sugar.
