  1. 1. Heat a lot of oil. Fry the noodles until they turn brown. Lift and drain. Set aside. 2. Boil the chicken breast until half cooked. Lift and drain. Once cool, cut the chicken into dice. Set aside. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil. Saute the garlic until fragrant. 4. Add chicken, meatballs, shrimp and water. Stir and cook until boiling. 5. Add green mustard greens and beaten eggs. Stir well. 6. Season with salt and seasoning. Stir well and let it boil again. Correct the taste. 7. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir quickly until the sauce bubbles. Turn off the heat. 8. Arrange the dry noodles on a serving plate. Pour with sauce. 9. Ready to serve.
