- Saute the garlic, shallots, chilies until fragrant, add the chopped chicken, stir-fry until it changes color, then add a little water, stir well.
- Add fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, also add salt and sugar to taste, stir well.
- Cook until the spices are absorbed and the water is reduced, then add the basil leaves, stir well, turn off the heat. Arrange over warm rice.
- Fried half-boiled fried egg, serve with warm rice and stir-fried chicken.
