Instructions

  1. Boil the meat until tender, change the first cooking water to remove dirt.
  2. Cut into meat squares, set aside.
  3. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked.
  4. Add spices, salt, sugar and mushroom stock to the meat stew. Cook the sauce until fragrant.
  5. Arrange the vermicelli, meat, bean sprouts and cassava in a bowl. Drizzle with meat sauce.
  6. Serve with complementary ingredients.
