  1. Boil chicken breast until soft. Set aside then shred. Set aside the broth.
  2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant and add a little stock.
  3. Put the stir-fried product into a pan filled with broth.
  4. Add carrots. Wait until the carrots are soft.
  5. Add tuberose flowers, wood ear mushrooms, chicken stock powder and salt. Taste correction.
  6. If the taste is perfect, arrange on a plate: Vermicelli, shredded chicken breast, and pour in the soup sauce.
  7. Serve with spring onions.
