- Cook the water until it almost boils, pour it into the vermicelli. Wait until the rice noodles expand then drain.
- Heat plenty of cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Beat the egg, mix it with all the ingredients then put it in a mineral water bottle using a funnel. Beat until the eggs are very foamy.
- Take some vermicelli, then put it in hot oil and immediately pour enough egg mixture from a height of 20 cm. Then take a skewer and start rolling the egg from the middle then move it to the edge of the pan, drain.
- Once done, serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
- 1. Use lots of oil so that the eggs don't burn quickly. 2. Use the smallest size vermicelli so that the egg mixture is easy to roll.
