  2. Heat plenty of cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Beat the egg, mix it with all the ingredients then put it in a mineral water bottle using a funnel. Beat until the eggs are very foamy.
  4. Take some vermicelli, then put it in hot oil and immediately pour enough egg mixture from a height of 20 cm. Then take a skewer and start rolling the egg from the middle then move it to the edge of the pan, drain.
  5. Once done, serve with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
