In a separate medium-sized bowl, whisk together the melted butter, both sugars, eggs, pumpkin puree, and greek yogurt. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and gently stir just until no large streaks of flour remain. Set aside.
  3. Then, make the crumble. Whisk together the flour, both sugars, and the pumpkin pie spice in a medium-sized bowl. Pour in the melted butter, a bit at a time, and stir until pea-sized crumbs form.
