  1. Steam the potatoes until cooked and soft. Lift. While warm, peel the skin and mash it. Set aside.
  2. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the corned beef and cook until it changes color. Lift.
  3. In one container, mix mashed potatoes and cooked ground spices (along with corned beef). Add celery, beaten egg yolk, and flour. Mix well.
  4. Take a little dough (according to taste), shape it into a flat round. Set aside. Repeat this step until all the dough has been formed.
  5. Heat a lot of oil over medium heat. Dip the fritters in egg white, then fry in hot oil.
  6. Fry until brownish yellow. Lift and drain.
  7. Ready to be served.
