- Wash the chicken clean, then sprinkle with lime, set aside.
- Puree the fried peanuts. Blend again with the ground spices.
- Heat cooking oil, saute the spices until fragrant. Then add the lime leaves, brown sugar and tamarind, mix well.
- Add chicken, water and thick coconut milk, stir well. Then add salt, mix well again, then cover the pan.
- Stir occasionally then leave until the sauce reduces, don't forget to turn the chicken over.
- Ready to bake or grill.
- Serve with chili paste or other chili sauce. Good luck.
