  2. Puree the fried peanuts. Blend again with the ground spices.
  3. Heat cooking oil, saute the spices until fragrant. Then add the lime leaves, brown sugar and tamarind, mix well.
  4. Add chicken, water and thick coconut milk, stir well. Then add salt, mix well again, then cover the pan.
  5. Stir occasionally then leave until the sauce reduces, don't forget to turn the chicken over.
  6. Ready to bake or grill.
  7. Serve with chili paste or other chili sauce. Good luck.
