Instructions
- Boil tempeh in boiling water until soft. Then mash the cooked tempeh.
- Saute ground spices with bay leaves and galangal until fragrant and cooked.
- Add the boiled tempeh while pressing with a spatula to make it smoother. Saute until the tempeh is mixed with the spices evenly.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stir evenly and cook until thickened.
