Instructions
- Break off half of a packet of instant noodles to crush for dipping.
- Boil 1.5 instant noodles, discard the cooking water then cover with cold water, drain the water again, drain and set aside.
- Gunting-gunting mie rebus lalu masukan bumbu yang ada dalam kemasan mie (menggunakan bumbunya hanya 1 bungkus saja) aduk hingga bumbu tercampur rata.
- Add the seasoned flour to the noodles, chopped spring onions, celery and water then stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
- Use plastic gloves that have been smeared with oil or use 2 tablespoons to scoop the dough into a round shape then roll it into the dry noodles while compacting it.
- Heat cooking oil and fry until it turns golden. Fry the noodle balls in lots of oil so that they sink, cook evenly and have a good color.
- Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served with your favorite chili sauce for dipping.
- 1. Flip the fried food when the bottom has changed color, so it doesn't break easily. 2. Boil the noodles for just 2 minutes or don't cook them too long so that the texture of the noodles on the inside remains visible after they are cooked. 3. Immediately wash the noodles with cold water after discarding the water from cooking the noodles so that the noodle cooking process stops.
