  1. Clean the tilapia fish, remove the scales and gills, then split the back and remove the dirt, wash thoroughly. Drizzle with lime juice and salt, leave for 10 minutes. Rinse until clean, drain.
  2. Coat the tilapia fish with ground spices, spread evenly over the surface and inside the stomach. Allow a few moments to soak while heating the oil.
  3. Heat quite a lot of oil. Sprinkle the tilapia fish with wheat flour thinly, fry in hot oil. Leave until firm, flip the tilapia fish and continue frying until the fish is cooked and crispy on both sides. Lift and drain.
  4. Serve fried tilapia fish with chili sauce and fresh vegetables.
