Resep Ikan Bandeng Goreng

- Clean the milkfish, remove scales, gills and entrails. Break the tailbone, then cut the body quite close to the bone. Wash clean with running water.
- Coat the milkfish with lime juice, leave for a few moments, then rinse again until clean, drain.
- Blend the grated garlic, salt, turmeric, ginger, coriander and galangal.
- Rub the ground spices evenly over the body of the fish, let it soak. Sprinkle flour lightly.
- Heat a lot of oil, fry the milkfish until cooked and crispy on both sides, drain.
- Serve fried milkfish with chili sauce and fresh vegetables.
- 1. Slice the milkfish at close range so that the fish can be crispy and the spines can be eaten. Use a sharp knife so that the fish is not crushed. 2. Cut the milkfish into several pieces if using large milkfish.
