  1. Clean the goldfish, remove scales, gills and dirt. Scrub the body, then wash it clean.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and salt, leave for 10 minutes. Rinse until clean, drain.
  3. Coat the goldfish with the ground spices, evenly spreading it all over the surface and inside the stomach. Allow a few moments to soak while heating the oil.
  4. Heat quite a lot of oil. Sprinkle the fish with wheat flour thinly, fry in hot oil. Leave until firm, flip the carp and continue frying until the fish is cooked and crispy on both sides. Lift and drain.
  5. Serve fried carp with chili sauce and fresh vegetables.
  6. 1. Flip the goldfish when they are firm so they don't fall apart. 2. Use lots of cooking oil and make sure the fish is submerged in oil so that it cooks evenly and is crispy.
