  1. Boil quail eggs until cooked, peel the shell. Set aside.
  2. Heat the steamer & grease the mold with oil. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mash the tofu.
  4. Add eggs, carrots, spring onions, garlic. Stir well.
  5. Add salt, stock powder and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Put the tofu mixture into the mold, put 1 quail egg on top.
  7. Steam for 20-30 minutes until cooked. Remove and cool. Remove the tofu from the mold.
  8. Dip the tofu in the beaten egg white and fry until golden brown. Lift.
  9. Ready to be served.
  10. 1. So that the tofu results are dense and good, don't forget to press the dough when putting it in the mold. 2. Steam the tofu dough using Tupperware Steam It (See Lazada DISKON) which consists of 2 layers, so you can steam large quantities at once without overlapping each other. The heat is even, so each tofu is cooked perfectly. 3. Wrap the lid of the steamer (with a cloth) so that the water vapor doesn't fall into the dough and make holes on the surface of the tofu. 4. Tofu dough can be mixed with ground meat, chicken, shrimp or fish and other vegetables, according to taste.
