  1. Crust: Mix flour, salt and oil, add water to wheat flour, knead until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 parts, round the dough then soak in oil until all the dough is submerged. Leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Take 1 piece of skin dough, thin it then fill it with 1 whole egg, fold the dough like an envelope. Then immediately fry until both sides are browned. Do it until the end.
  4. Curry Sauce: Blend all the ground spices, stir-fry with cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves and curry leaves until fragrant. Add beef, cook until it changes color.
  5. Add coconut milk, stir well, season with salt and sugar to taste. Cook until the meat is tender.
  6. Add the potatoes, stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve the martabak drizzled with curry sauce.
