Instructions
- Crust: Mix flour, salt and oil, add water to wheat flour, knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts, round the dough then soak in oil until all the dough is submerged. Leave it for 1 hour.
- Take 1 piece of skin dough, thin it then fill it with 1 whole egg, fold the dough like an envelope. Then immediately fry until both sides are browned. Do it until the end.
- Curry Sauce: Blend all the ground spices, stir-fry with cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves and curry leaves until fragrant. Add beef, cook until it changes color.
- Add coconut milk, stir well, season with salt and sugar to taste. Cook until the meat is tender.
- Add the potatoes, stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the martabak drizzled with curry sauce.
