Resep Sayur Sop Ayam
Chicken soup is a very common dish served at home, and it’s incredibly easy to make with ingredients you likely already have on hand.

Instructions
- Wash all vegetables and drain. Set aside.
- Wash the chicken clean. Cover with lime juice and salt. Leave it for a moment.
- Boil the chicken in enough water until it boils. Leave it for a moment then lift it. Rinse the chicken with cold water and drain.
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil again. Add chicken, cinnamon, cardamom and deaf. Boil over low heat until the chicken is tender and releases broth.
- While waiting for the chicken to boil, saute the ground spices until fragrant. Remove and add the stir fry to the chicken stew. Stir well.
- Add carrots and cook until half soft.
- Add green beans, cucuwis, broccoli, black ear mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir well.
- Season with sugar, salt and ground nutmeg. Stir well. Correct the taste.
- Add spring onions. Lift.
- Ready to be served with a sprinkling of celery leaves and fried shallots.
- 1. Boil the chicken first to remove dirt and eliminate the fishy smell. 2. Add vegetables that are easy to cook last so they don't get overcooked and the color remains beautiful.
