Instructions
- 1. In a pan/pan, mix the ground spices with water. Stir well. 2. Add chicken, tofu and tempeh. Stir well and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked. 3. Heat a lot of oil. Fry chicken, tofu and tempeh until they turn brown. 4. Lift and drain. Set aside.
- 1. Fry red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste and tomatoes until wilted. Lift and transfer to a mortar. 2. Add salt and brown sugar. Grind the chili sauce until smooth. Correct the taste. 3. Drizzle with orange juice. Stir well.
- 1. Place the chicken, tofu and tempeh on top of the chili sauce then set. 2. Ready to be served with fresh vegetables.
