  1. Gather and prep your ingredients, and preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add all the meatloaf ingredients. Gently mix until just combined.*
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape into an 8 x 5 inch loaf.**
  4. In a small bowl, stir together all the glaze ingredients. Brush half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
