Creamy carbonara sauce is delicious with various pasta dishes, but it’s also fantastic with curly Indonesian noodles – its light, savory flavor and creamy texture pair wonderfully with the noodles.

1 packet Instant noodles, chicken onion flavor
1 item Egg
2 pieces Smoked beef, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup Full cream whole milk
1 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Boil the instant noodles until half cooked, then remove and drain.
Heat 1 tablespoon margarine, saute the garlic until fragrant.
Add the smoked beef that has been cut into pieces, stir well.
Add liquid milk, grated cheese and instant noodle seasoning. Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts and the sauce boils.
After boiling, add the boiled instant noodles. Add 1 egg, stir well.
Cook until the sauce is absorbed and thickens, adjust the taste. Ready to be served.
