Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Wash clean. Set aside.
  2. Clean the shrimp. Throw away the head. Set it aside.
  3. Heat the oil. Saute the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  4. Add red chilies, green chilies and shrimp. Stir until the shrimp change color.
  5. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Stir well.
  6. Add salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, tomatoes and water. Stir well and cook until all ingredients are cooked. Correct the taste. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. If you like stir-fries with thick sauce, just before lifting, you can add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little water.
