Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except quail eggs, beaten eggs and oil.
  2. Put the mixture into the mold, add the quail eggs on top.
  3. Steam the mixture for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Dip the tofu in the beaten egg, fry until golden brown. Serve.
  5. 1. Wrap the lid of the steamer with a clean cloth/napkin so that water doesn't drip into the mixture. 2. Slightly press the quail eggs when placing them on top of the tofu mixture so they don't come off easily. 3. Because it is prone to crumbling, use a flat, wide, concave frying pan so that the entire surface of the tofu is submerged in oil.
