  1. Cut the meat like rendang or according to taste.
  2. In a frying pan, add coconut milk, ground spices, lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, turmeric leaves and spices.
  3. Keep stirring slowly until the coconut milk boils.
  4. Add the meat that has been washed clean until it is submerged in the coconut milk.
  5. Turn off the heat then cover the pan tightly. Leave it for up to 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, open the lid of the pan and cook the meat again, stirring occasionally so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
  7. Add sugar, salt and meat stock, stir again until the coconut milk thickens and becomes slightly sour until the oil comes out of the coconut milk and the texture of the meat is soft.
  8. Check the taste if it is right, turn off the heat. Ready to be served with warm rice.
  9. 1. Cut the meat properly and not too thickly so that the texture of the meat is not tough. 2. Don't forget to stir the coconut milk occasionally so that it doesn't break.
