  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the cornstarch to one bowl and the slightly beaten eggs to another bowl. Dip each chicken piece into the bowl of cornstarch first, then coat in the egg mixture.
  3. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Whisk the brown sugar, orange juice, sriracha, soy sauce, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, grated orange peel, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 1 hour, stirring the chicken every 15 minutes to coat the chicken in the sauce.
  6. Serve over rice and enjoy!
