  1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  3. Combine the prepared marinade and steak pieces in a large bowl, and toss to combine.  Cover and refrigerate for between 1-4 hours.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.  Thread skewers alternately with the marinated steak, peppers and onions.  Brush each skewer liberally with the marinade (not the brushing sauce).  Then grill for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.  Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.  Then brush each skewer with the brushing sauce.
  5. Serve immediately.
