  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F). Toss potatoes in the seasoning mix.
  2. Place potatoes in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. While potatoes are cooking, toss the steak chunks in the marinade bowl.
  4. Open the basket. Push the potatoes to the sides (or shake them around to make space). Add the steak bites in a single layer in the center.
  5. Air fry everything together for another 6–8 minutes. (Check at 6 mins you want medium-rare to medium, not rubber!). Transfer everything to a large bowl while ho
  6. Mix the butter, garlic, and parsley until well combined. Pour the melted garlic butter over the top, and toss immediately. The heat mellows the raw garlic so it turns fragrant, not sharp.
