  1. Mix together the marinara sauce with the tomato paste, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Pour the marinara sauce mixture into a medium saucepan. Add the frozen meatless meatballs. Toss to combine and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. During the last minute of cooking, add in the baby spinach and stir until wilted.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and add to the meatballs and sauce, tossing to coat in the sauce. Serve with extra red pepper flakes on top, if desired.
