Resep Beef Pho Vietnam
Beef Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup featuring a rich beef broth, vegetables, and sliced beef, topped with hoisin and sriracha sauce. It’s considered one of Vietnam’s most iconic and beloved traditional dishes.

- Prepare a pan filled with water, boil it. Then boil the ribs and brisket to remove any impurities. Once cooked, wash until the dirt doesn't stick.
- Roast all the sauce spices. Then add water, stir well. Also add the ribs and brisket.
- Add salt and fish sauce. Cook over low heat for 2 hours until the meat is tender and releases maximum broth.
- After the ribs are cooked and the broth has been removed, strain the spices, set aside the rib and brisket sauce, then bring the sauce to a boil again.
- Prepare a bowl then arrange the rice noodles, soybean sprouts, basil, spring onions, sliced red chilies, spring onions, sliced onions and sukiyaki meat.
- When ready to serve, pour the boiling sauce over the meat. Add lime slices.
- 1. Use low heat when boiling so that the stock and spices get maximum flavor. 2. Using brisket can add flavor to the broth which is more optional. If boiling the broth also adds beef marrow bones, then the beef pho will be perfectly delicious. 3. Eating beef pho can be served with the addition of hoisin sauce and sriracha as a complement.
