Instructions
- Cut the tofu into 4 pieces, then soak briefly in water mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Fry the tofu until cooked, remove and drain, leave to cool.
- Split the tofu on one side, then remove the inside of the tofu. Don't throw away the contents, they can be processed into other foods.
- Mix all the dry ingredients for the coating, mix well. Then coat the tofu with the filling until evenly coated.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until dry, remove and set aside.
- Let it cool, the crispy tofu chips are ready to be served.
- Store in a tight jar to keep the texture of the tofu chips crunchy.
