  1. Cut the tofu into 4 pieces, then soak briefly in water mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Fry the tofu until cooked, remove and drain, leave to cool.
  3. Split the tofu on one side, then remove the inside of the tofu. Don't throw away the contents, they can be processed into other foods.
  4. Mix all the dry ingredients for the coating, mix well. Then coat the tofu with the filling until evenly coated.
  5. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until dry, remove and set aside.
  6. Let it cool, the crispy tofu chips are ready to be served.
  7. Store in a tight jar to keep the texture of the tofu chips crunchy.
