Instructions
- Clean the squid, remove the soft bones, then wash thoroughly. Fry briefly until half cooked. Lift and drain.
- Puree or mash the cayenne pepper, red chili, shallot and garlic.
- Saute the ground spices with lemongrass and lime leaves in quite a bit of oil. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the petai and squid, add salt and sugar to taste. Cook until the chili is cooked.
