  1. Process the chicken fillet and peeled prawns using a food processor or chopper, don't let them be too fine.
  2. Put the chicken and shrimp in a bowl, add shallots, garlic, carrots, green onions, eggs, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ngohiong seasoning, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Add cornstarch, stir again.
  4. Expand the tofu flower, fill it with dough until it is quite dense, roll it up and tidy it up. Do this until the dough is finished and wrapped neatly.
  5. Heat the steamer, grease with oil. Steam the ngohiong chicken shrimp until cooked for 20 minutes. Remove and let the heat dissipate first.
  6. Fry ngohiong until the skin is crispy, cut into oblique pieces, serve warm with chili sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
  7. Ngohiong can also be cut first and then fried for a crispier taste.
