Instructions
- Puree the chicken and shrimp using a chopper.
- Mix the ground chicken and shrimp with eggs, carrots, spring onions, tapioca flour and all the spices, stir well.
- Take a piece of tofu skin, fill it with 2 tablespoons of dough, then roll it up and seal it tightly. Fold the edges so the dough doesn't come out. Do this until the dough runs out.
- Steam the mixture until cooked for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, fry then cut into pieces and serve.
- If you want to make frozen food, after the steamer is cooked, cool it then put it in an airtight container. Store in the freezer.
