Instructions

  1. Puree the chicken and shrimp using a chopper.
  2. Mix the ground chicken and shrimp with eggs, carrots, spring onions, tapioca flour and all the spices, stir well.
  3. Take a piece of tofu skin, fill it with 2 tablespoons of dough, then roll it up and seal it tightly. Fold the edges so the dough doesn't come out. Do this until the dough runs out.
  4. Steam the mixture until cooked for 30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, fry then cut into pieces and serve.
  6. If you want to make frozen food, after the steamer is cooked, cool it then put it in an airtight container. Store in the freezer.
