  1. Boil the papaya flowers with gelugur acid until soft. Drain and discard the cooking water. Rinse the papaya flowers with water. Drain.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  3. Add the chili slices, ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves. Stir well.
  4. Add shrimp. Stir until it changes color.
  5. Add papaya flowers. Season with salt and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Pour enough water then cook until all the spices are absorbed and the water is reduced. Correct the taste. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
