  1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves and galangal until fragrant.
  2. Add chayote, tempeh and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add water and coconut milk, stir well.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until it boils and the chayote changes color. Turn off the heat.
  5. Ready to be served.
