- Clean the fish and make streaks on its body.
- Prepare ground spices and lime juice, rub evenly over the fish all the way to the inside.
- Leave it for approximately 30 minutes so that the flavors are absorbed.
- Prepare hot oil then fry the fish until cooked.
- 1. Fry the fish in lots of oil until the entire body of the fish is submerged in oil. 2. Use a wide concave frying pan such as Maspion Wok Clarita (See Lazada DISCOUNT) which has a diameter of 35 cm. By using this pan, the fish will be submerged in oil and cooked and crispy perfectly. 3. When frying, don't turn it often. Wait until it turns slightly yellow before turning it over to prevent the fish from being crushed.
