  1. Season tempeh with garlic, coriander and water.  Fry tempeh until cooked. Remove then set aside.
  2. Fry red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, garlic, tomatoes and shrimp paste until wilted. Lift.
  3. Grind in a mortar all the fried chili ingredients.
  4. Add sugar and salt, stir well.
  5. Add a little lime juice, stir well.
  6. Add fried tempeh, set on top.
  7. Ready to be served.
