- 1. Boil coconut milk with sugar, salt, pandan leaves and pandan paste until warm (not boiling). 2. Pour the boiled coconut milk into the rice flour, stir well until smooth. 3. Grease the tray mold with a thin layer of cooking oil. 4. Pour the mixture into the mold 3/4 full. 5. Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.

- 1. Wrap the lid of the steamer pan with a napkin so that water doesn't drip onto the dough which could damage the dough. 2. Use medium heat so that the mixture does not expand when steamed. 3.
