Instructions

  1. Saute the ground spices until fragrant then add the spices. Stir and cook until cooked.
  2. Boil the chicken with enough water, ginger and garlic until soft. Once cooked, shred the chicken and set aside.
  3. Strain the broth, choose one that is clear.
  4. Take 1.5 liters of clear broth used to boil chicken.
  5. Add the cooked ground spices to the broth. Cook until boiling.
  6. Arrange the noodles, shredded chicken, spring onions and celery on a plate. Also add the tomatoes that have been cut into 4 pieces.
