Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces then fry in hot oil until cooked. Remove and drain, then puree. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Saute the minced meat with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until it changes color and is cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a container, mix fine potatoes, minced meat, finely fried garlic, fried onions, spring onions, celery, salt, pepper and stock. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Heat lots of oil. While waiting, shape and compact the cake mixture into a flat round shape.
  5. Dip the cakes one by one into the beaten coating material.
  6. Fry the fritters in hot oil until cooked and turn brown. Lift and drain.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. You can equate the amount of meat with the amount of potatoes to make it more delicious.
