  1. Cut the chicken into 7 pieces, clean and cover briefly with ground spices.
  2. Heat cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant then add lemongrass leaves, galangal and lime leaves, mix well.
  3. Add the covered chicken, cook until the spices are absorbed.
  4. Add water and coconut milk as well as sugar and salt, wait until it boils, stirring occasionally so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
  5. Check the taste if it is right, turn off the heat. Ready to serve with rice while still hot.
