Garlic Parmesan French Fries Dressed in Caesar Dressing
The best slightly addicting appetizer, snack, or side dish to accompany almost any meal!

- 1. Preheat the oven to 450° F.2. Toss the potatoes with flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and a big pinch of salt. Toss to coat. Add olive oil and toss again, then spread in an even layer across two baking sheets. Do not overcrowd the pans. Bake 10-15 minutes, then flip and bake for 10 minutes more. Keep an eye on them, if you cut your fries super skinny, they can burn quickly. 3. Pull the fries out and toss with parmesan and herbs. 4. To make the dressing. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and whisk until smooth. Add 1-3 tablespoons water to thin the dressing. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper. 4. Arrange the hot fries on a serving plate. Drizzle with generous amounts of Caesar dressing. Serve with additional dressing and ketchup for dipping. ENJOY!
