Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, then soak briefly in enough water with finely chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Fry the tofu until cooked, remove and drain.
- Puree the red chilies, cayenne peppers, shallots, garlic, tomatoes and shrimp paste.
- Saute ground spices, add salt and sugar according to taste. Cook until the chili sauce is cooked and fragrant. Then add the fried tofu, stir well.
- Cook until all the tofu is covered in chili sauce, remove from heat and serve.
- For a more delicious taste, white tofu can be replaced with fried Chinese tofu.
