Instructions

  1. Mix shrimp, chicken, eggs, ice water along with salt, sugar, soy sauce, ground pepper and stock powder. Blend with a Food Chopper until smooth.
  2. Add tapioca flour and baking powder, stir with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Heat cooking oil over medium heat, take enough meatball mixture, shape into balls using 2 spoons.
  4. Immediately fry the meatball mixture until golden brown, drain. Do this until the dough runs out.
  5. Ready to be served with chili sauce.
