  1. Heat water until boiling in a pan. Add black coffee, stir well.
  2. Let the hot steam dissipate, then strain through a thin cloth to remove the dregs.
  3. Divide the coffee water in half, 500 ml for making jelly and 150 ml for coffee drinks.
  4. Cook again 500 ml of coffee with jelly powder. Add 50 grams of sugar. Stir well until it becomes jelly. Turn it off and let the steam dissipate.
  5. After the hot steam disappears, pour the jelly into a container, let it solidify. Once solid, cut into small squares. Set aside.
  6. Pour 150 ml of coffee in a serving glass, add liquid milk. Store in the refrigerator to cool, or add ice cubes.
  7. Serve: Take a few spoonfuls of coffee jelly in a glass, pour in the boiled coffee and milk. Serve. You can add ice cubes to make it fresher.
  8. Use black coffee and not instant coffee, because it will affect the taste.
