Instructions
- Heat water until boiling in a pan. Add black coffee, stir well.
- Let the hot steam dissipate, then strain through a thin cloth to remove the dregs.
- Divide the coffee water in half, 500 ml for making jelly and 150 ml for coffee drinks.
- Cook again 500 ml of coffee with jelly powder. Add 50 grams of sugar. Stir well until it becomes jelly. Turn it off and let the steam dissipate.
- After the hot steam disappears, pour the jelly into a container, let it solidify. Once solid, cut into small squares. Set aside.
- Pour 150 ml of coffee in a serving glass, add liquid milk. Store in the refrigerator to cool, or add ice cubes.
- Serve: Take a few spoonfuls of coffee jelly in a glass, pour in the boiled coffee and milk. Serve. You can add ice cubes to make it fresher.
- Use black coffee and not instant coffee, because it will affect the taste.
