Resep Pepes Tahu

Instructions

1. Slice the cayenne pepper into slices, and dice the tomatoes.
2. Blend the spices. Set it aside first.
3. Prepare a container, mash the tofu using a fork.
4. Then add the ground spices, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, eggs, salt, sugar and basil. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
5. Prepare the leaves, take 2 tablespoons of the mixture then wrap it in the leaf and pierce it using a stick.
6. Heat the steamer, steam the pepes tofu for 20 minutes or until cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
7. Heat the pan, briefly grill the tofu peppers and the leaves until fragrant, don't forget to turn it over, remove from heat and set aside.
8. Arrange the tofu pepes on a plate. Pepes tofu is ready to be served.
9. 1. Briefly roast the banana leaves on the stove until slightly wilted. This is so that the banana leaves don't tear when used to wrap them. 2. The number of air holes is very precise as needed, so the food cooks faster. 3. Grill the pepes before serving so that the aroma is more fragrant and comes out.
