Resep Martabak Tahu
Tofu martabak is a popular and delicious savory snack with a crispy outer shell – it’s also relatively easy to make.

Instructions
- Heat margarine, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the minced meat, cook until the meat is cooked. Set aside.
- Mash the fried tofu with a fork, add egg, spring onion, salt, pepper and stock powder, stir until evenly mixed. Then add the stir-fried meat, stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Prepare ready-to-use spring roll skins, fill with 1-2 tablespoons of tofu mixture. Fold it into a rectangular shape. Repeat this step until all the dough is used up.
- Heat the oil, fry the martabak until brown and cooked. Lift then drain.
- Serve with cayenne pepper.
- It's best to fry the dough immediately wrapped in the skin, so that the skin doesn't tear because it's wet and left too long.
