Instructions

  1. Heat margarine, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the minced meat, cook until the meat is cooked. Set aside.
  2. Mash the fried tofu with a fork, add egg, spring onion, salt, pepper and stock powder, stir until evenly mixed. Then add the stir-fried meat, stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  3. Prepare ready-to-use spring roll skins, fill with 1-2 tablespoons of tofu mixture. Fold it into a rectangular shape. Repeat this step until all the dough is used up.
  4. Heat the oil, fry the martabak until brown and cooked. Lift then drain.
  5. Serve with cayenne pepper.
  6. It's best to fry the dough immediately wrapped in the skin, so that the skin doesn't tear because it's wet and left too long.
